RANDOLPH — Community Preservation Committee approves $516,000 in funding across three applications while continuing two others. Chair Ronald Lum and members unanimously approved $66,377 to continue the Housing Coordinator position and $150,000 for the Open Space and Recreation Plan, enabling Randolph's eligibility for state grants. On a 6-1 vote, the committee approved $300,000 for 217 Mill Street housing development with nine deed-restricted homes at 80-110 percent AMI, contingent on Town Council approval, despite Lum's concerns about access and snow removal.

The committee continued Trinity Episcopal Church's $200,000 structural repair request and Jim Curtis's Tower Hill playground expansion to May 28, pending commitments from the School Department and Diocese.
