RANDOLPH — Board of Health votes to tighten food safety oversight at It's Game Time Sports Bar. The board voted unanimously (3-0) to require unannounced food inspections at the restaurant through December 31, 2026, with owners Ricky Prosper and Sheena Prosper required to reapply for their Food Establishment Permit before January 1, 2027. The Prospers presented a signed contract with Alsco Food Check Group, the food consultant mandated at the board's May meeting.
Property owner Brad Nguyen noted unpaid rent exceeding $25,000 since February and pending eviction proceedings, but Commissioner Gerard Cody clarified the board's authority is limited to food safety matters.
