Board of Health issues food service permit, schedules reinspection of condemned apartment.
Board of Health · Meeting of January 27, 2026
Randolph Board of Health unanimously approves food service permit, schedules joint inspection. The board voted 3-0 to issue the permit after addressing outstanding issues including grease container procurement and monthly emptying schedules, though garage door installation at the facility remains incomplete. A condemned residential unit at 20 Nelson Drive, 1C-AS, will undergo group inspection on January 29 at 2:30 p.m. after repairs resolved plumbing leaks that displaced the tenant to a hotel; the board deferred further discussion to February.
Board member Barbara Mahoney announced her resignation effective end of January 2026.
