Board of Health increases curbside waste fees by 7 percent

Randolph Board of Health approves seven-percent curbside waste fee increase. Acting Chair Patricia Zamor and board members Edward Murphy, Leigh Pendergast, Steven Kyei Boadu, David Kaplan, and Gerard Cody voted unanimously (with one abstention each) on five enforcement and contract matters, including renewal of the Capitol Waste Services contract through June 30, 2028, and declaration of a basement unit at 80 South Main Street as unfit for habitation with tenant eviction ordered by May 15, 2026. The annual regular curbside fee will rise to $555.66, effective July 1, 2026, from its current rate.
