David Kaplan, and Leigh Pendergast—the Board unanimously declared the basement dwelling at 8 Northway Road unfit for habitation due to missing egress, no bathroom ventilation, temporary wiring, and other violations. Occupant Stewart Amas must vacate by July 1, 2026. In food safety enforcement, the Board voted unanimously to close It's Game Time Sports Bar pending a June 30 hearing after documenting 22 repeat violations across six inspections since 2019, including a cooler operating above 41 degrees Fahrenheit and improper food handling.
